This professional Bb trumpet features a Medium-Large Bore (0.459") and a convetionally-tapered leadpipe that produces a feel and blow that will be immediately comfortable and familiar to many professional players. With a 5" yellow-brass bell, you get a sound that will project and sing but with that sort of full core-sound and spread that will fill every corner of a hall. This bell size was chosen because it offers great flexibility!

We've used the same 5-inch bell diameter that Yamaha uses on their Bergeron and Shew Model trumpets, but being a more standard-weight instrument, you will have sound and projection that works well whether you're playing in a Big Band or a Symphony Orchestra.

The Apollo also features high-tolerance, stainless-steel valves, meaning you can rest easy knowing that the valves will be quick, smooth and last a lifetime.
