Your tops + a compatible backbore

  1. Included: the Resinite tops you select below. Each contains a rim and cup. Trumpet, cornet, and flugelhorn tops all use standard Warburton threads.
  2. Needed separately: a compatible backbore, which connects the top to your instrument. Works with our backbores as well as Warburton, Pickett, AR, Frost, James R New, ACB and other standard Warburton-threaded backbores.
  3. Compare one at a time: swap the tops on your backbore to compare the feel and response.
